The Swedish Cherry Hill Implementation Advisory Committee (IAC) members are at our bare minimum (6 members), which is the smallest of any of the IACs for major institution master plans; so we’d love a few enthusiastic neighbors to join. Contact claire@chaplaneinn.net or 206-446-0966) for any questions. Those interested should submit a letter of interest and resume to Dipti Garg at dipti.garg@seattle.gov or P.O. Swedish Cherry Hill IAC Members,
The Seattle Office of Planning and Community Development is recruiting community members to serve on Major Institution Implementation Advisory Committees (IACs) for the Capitol Hill, First Hill, and Cherry Hill neighborhoods, and we’d love your help reaching potential volunteers. This committee opportunity gives community members a voice in how major institutions like hospitals, universities, and colleges plan and develop their campuses. Members review development plans and provide advisory feedback to both the City and institutions.
We’re looking for people connected to these three neighborhoods who are interested in shaping how institutional growth affects the places they live and work.
Application deadline: July 7, 2026
