Meeting Materials:

The City of Seattle has chosen Webex as its recommended conferencing platform for meetings with external stakeholders (Boards, Commission, Advisory Committees, etc.) because it has capabilities that best support Board and Commission functions while also meeting City of Seattle privacy and security requirements.

Here are a few guidelines so you know what to expect (Virtual Meeting):

  • Members of the public will be muted for the duration of the meeting.
  • Video function is optional but recommended.

PUBLIC COMMENT PROCESS FOR IN-PERSON MEETINGS:

  • Sign-up form will be available at the meeting location.
  • Masks are optional. While masks are not required, please respect those who choose to wear one.

PUBLIC COMMENT PROCESS FOR VIRTUAL MEETINGS:

  • Sign-up to provide verbal Public Comment at the meeting here.
  • The sign-up form will be available 2 hours before the start of the committee meeting.
  • Registration will close once the meeting has begun.
  • You may submit written public comment any time. We encourage you to submit written comment well in advance of the meeting to give the Committee sufficient time to review them.
  • If you would like to ensure that your written public comment is forwarded to the Committee prior to the Committee meeting, please submit your comment to nelson.pesigan@seattle.gov no later than 3:30 pm the day prior to meeting.
