On Saturday Council Member Joy Hollingsworth and her staff directed us to the updates for upcoming meetings of the  Select Committee on the Comprehensive Plan. Please note that there are two meetings on Wednesday the 5th. Only written comments will be taken for the 2 PM (CHANGED to 11:00 AM) meeting noted below, During the 5:00 PM public hearing, in-person 2 minute testimony will be heard from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM, at which time virtual testimony will begin along with remaining in-person testimony. The hearing will continue until everyone has had a chance to give their 2 minute comment.

Council Meetings on the Comprehensive Plan

The Select Committee on the Comprehensive Plan, made up of all 9 Councilmembers, will begin meeting on Jan. 6, 2025. The committee is expected to cast final votes on the proposed Comprehensive Plan package in May or June 2025.
